Marble is a vegan oat - based luxury ice cream with a fruit swirl that utilises sustainable oats and fruit.

Marble is a vegan oat-based luxury ice cream, with a fruit marble component, and utilises sustainable ingredients throughout the process, while collaborating with a fruit and vegetable company to incorporate fruit waste products into our product. The manufacturing process of reusing waste products from the oat milk as well as using rescued fruit which allows for the ice cream to be zero waste. The oat base and strawberry component allows for the product to be high in fibre in line with Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 of the European parliament and of the council.
