Edam and Eve’s Smoothie

High-protein, mixed berry plant-based smoothies made from whole ingredients, packaged into crafty edamame-derived cartons.

Categorised as high-protein drinks, Edam and Eve’s are created with innovative ingredient combination: edamame (hence the name), apple, mixed berries, avocado, chickpea milk and dried chestnut mushroom. All of which are rich in essential micronutrients to target some of the UK’s common deficiencies in adults today: iron, vitamin C and D, as well as providing high protein content. Following the "zero-waste" concept, Edam and Eve's lid is made from avocado pit while the carton is derived from compressed edamame fibre to replace the non-biodegradable plastics commonly used for smoothie and juice packaging. This will be just the beginning of the ongoing battle against tackling millennial problems whilst providing a tasteful solution!
