Gibago brings the familiar taste of Prekmurska gibanica, with apple, walnuts, poppy seeds and cinnamon, into a warm instant oatmeal that is ready in just a few minutes with hot water or milk. Upcycled apple pomace adds fibre and gives an often overlooked food processing by-product a new purpose.
Gibago combines familiar flavours, simple preparation and thoughtful nutrition. It brings Slovenian tradition, everyday convenience and circular food innovation together in every bowl.
