Brothway Anolini is a mono-portion of microwaveable filled pasta in vegetal broth. The box also includes the pasta, the broth and one Parmesan “cialda” in separate compartments. The brand of the product is Soup Opera, which also involves Tortellini Old Parma and Ravioli Pesto & Ricotta. The recipes were created in collaboration with a team of students and chefs of the “istituto alberghiero” in Salsomaggiore Terme. The aim was to combine the traditional flavour of the Emilian cuisine with the lightness of a balanced nutritional dish. The package is innovative and modular, completely made up with PET, a 100% recyclable material. The brand, Soup Opera, proposes meat-free first courses also suitable for diets like lacto-ovo-vegetarian, kosher, halal or Hindu as well. We decided to realize a shelf-stable product because it allows energy safety, calculating a 90 days reference for the shelf-life in a refrigerator for 20,4 kcal and 154 g/CO2 per confection. Brothway Anolini is easy and immediate to prepare and in order to taste the product you just need few simple movements: open, spill, warm up for 2 minutes and eat…wherever you want!
