Be-V is a nut-based fermented spread for lactose-intolerant produced without waste

The cheese is a delightful product. It can be found everywhere on the market. However, this product cannot be eaten by people who have lactose intolerance, because it contains milk. Moreover, the fat from milk is essentially saturated which is not good for our blood-vessels. Therefore, we decided to create a new product that tastes like cheese but does not contain milk. After several researches, we developed our own process to make a nut-based cheese while reusing our by-product: barley, which we need to make our cheese. We let it soak into water and then we recuperated the water only. To avoid wasting barley, we decided to make beer out of it! As you can see, the process we used to make our nut cheese is very efficient. It is an innovative product with a lot of benefits for health: it contains good fats, proteins, fibers, vitamins, minerals, trace elements and probiotics. We are sure the nut-based cheese is the next flagship of the agro-food industry.
