What is VeSage? VeSage is a genuine innovation created by food science students, an internationally novel concept of a vegetable based cold cuts with high nutritional value. It is produced from freshly harvested high quality vegetables, which are ground, mixed with egg white and heat treated in a casing, therefore it is fit for consumption for vegetarians also. What are the advantages of VeSage over other products? VeSage, as opposed to commercially available fresh vegetables does not spoil in a couple of days, does not soak your sandwiches, and offers the best of vegetables in every season of the year. Another outstanding property of VeSage is its protein content, which is higher than of an average salami, besides being low on fat and calories. It does not contain soy, preservatives, colorants, lactose or gluten, therefore it is an excellent source of nutrients for vegetarians, people suffering from gluten or lactose intolerance, and others with a normal consumption regime. How VeSage is environment-friendly? Besides being made of excellent quality raw materials, it is also eco-innovative: the sliced product comes with a polylactic acid (PLA) packaging, which is a 100% biodegradable, innovative polymer. Because of this, individuals who are conscious regarding the preservation of nature can consume it as well.
