Fresh-App is an eco-innovative drink obtained from orange and apple peel.

Fresh-App is an eco-innovative drink with reduced alcohol content. The unique drink obtained only from byproducts of the Food Industry, naturally colored and flavored. The drink is intended for a wide range of people, thanks to its nutritional features: it has reduced alcohol content, it contains fructose, the natural sugar present in fruits, and polyphenolic commpounds from apple and orange peels, with a high antioxidant activity. Unlike all the other drinks present on the market, Fresh-App is not a combination of fruit juice, flavours, sugar and sparkling water but it is obtained by an innovative and eco-friendly process of extraction of biomolecules from both apple and orange peels that give colour and flavour to the product. the rapid solid-liquid extractor dynamic is an innovative technology of solid-liqid extraction allowing to drain quickly apple and orange peels in the water-alcohol solution and to extract biomolecules at room temperature. Ideal packaging should be light, solid, unbreakable, non-toxc, recyclable and at the same time it must safeguard the organoleptic and nutrtional characteristics. for this reason, the packaging is completely in aluminium. aluminium has ahigh recyclabilty and it provides protection from light, air, moisture and bacteria. moreover it perfectly preservs the taste and the odour, and is convenient for transportation.
