Crema dulce constituida por dos partes muy diferenciadas en color y sabor. Por un lado, crema de ajo negro y por otro, infusión de hueso de aguacate con jengibre. Producto innovador y ecológico que parte de un subproducto, el hueso de aguacate.

Sweet cream consisting of two distinct parts in color and flavor. On the one hand, black garlic cream and on the other hand infusion of bone avocado with ginger. Garlicado is an innovative and environmentally friendly product elaborated from a byproduct the bone of avocado as main ingredient. Garlicado is also beneficial to health due to the amount of antioxidants of its two main ingredients, bone black garlic and avocado. Garlicado is not in itself a dessert or main course, but it is used as an accompaniment for meat, fish, cheese, toast or main course. It can be eaten both raw and cooked. The black garlic, smell and taste reminiscent of licorice has a smooth texture; in addition to its culinary qualities it stands out for its nutritional benefits; has a 10 times higher antioxidant activity than garlic in their raw state and polyphenol content is 5 to 7 times and it has been proved that the immunomodulatory properties are enhanced in the black garlic. Moreover, the bone avocado known for its antioxidant properties, thanks to its polyphenol content. One of the advantages of using this product, in addition to its ecological aspect, is its price. The product comes in a single glass container with a capacity of 130ml. The packaging is transparent to allow viewing differentiation stages and colors. We must not forget the recycling of glass that keeps the eco-friendly philosophy present throughout the process of developing Garlicado. Conservation is at room temperature in a cool place. Once opened, it is kept in the fridge, having a shelf life of two months after opening.
