Garlicado is an innovative and environmentally friendly product elaborated from a byproduct the bone of avocado as main ingredient. Garlicado is not in itself a dessert or main course, but it is used as an accompaniment for meat, fish, cheese, toast or main course. It can be eaten both raw and cooked.
