Using a novel food protein from one of nature’s earliest creations, we have developed a sustainable -vegan certified -low fat, luxury iced dessert range. Från-Början is an all-natural, sustainable and indulgent non-dairy alternative to traditional ice cream, with only 99Kcals per serving. The ultimate, innocent pleasure. The name -Från-Början-simply translates to ‘From the Beginning’ –referring to our use of algal protein which we’ve used to replace the dairy protein in our product whilst maintaining the structure and emulsification, allowing us to achieve a dairy free iced dessert that is low in fat, tastes great and is far more sustainable compared to a traditional ice cream. And, unlike other non-dairy iced desserts, ours is also allergen free.
