AVOYOG is a smoothie beverage containing fresh avocado and Greek-type strained yoghurt whey, enriched with prebiotic fibers and natural antioxidant extract.

AVOYOG is a smoothie beverage containing fresh avocado and Greek-type strained yoghurt whey, enriched with prebiotic fibers and natural antioxidant extract. It has great nutritional value as it contains good fats, vitamins and minerals and has increased antioxidant activity. Our product is free of preservatives, colours and other additives and most importantly no sugar is added. High Pressure processing used for the cold pasteurization to achieve microbiological stability contributes to the preservation of “fresh-like” flavour, taste, appearance and nutritional properties (similar to the freshly blended and prepared smoothie beverages). One essential characteristic is that it’s an eco-friendly product since it uses “Greek-type” strained yoghurt industry by-product (acid whey), which still remain a major problematic issue. AVOYOG aims to fulfill consumer demands for on-the-go consumption, perceived “fresh-like” characteristics and health boosting properties offered by smoothies and smoothie-type beverages, and can be consumed as breakfast, workout or between-meals snacks during the day. The shelf life of the product is estimated at 6 months under refrigeration. It can be found in food stores at affordable prices.
