 Favafu is a soy-free tofu, crafted from fava beans and nigari (seawater) using traditional Chinese tofu-making techniques. We source our ingredients from locally grown British farms. This allergen-free product is packed with protein and fibre. With only three ingredients, we maintain a clean label. Our packaging is made from up-cycled waste materials generated during production.

NØM

UNITED KINGDOM - 2025
 NØM is a flaky plant-based pastry with sweet strawberry chia compote. No fruit wasted using the whole strawberry, source of fibre, no added salt. Delicious and better for the planet.
